Today we have a change to the overall Repods for all Factions.

You can repod non-faction Omni-Units from now on.

i.e. An FS Player can Repod an DC Sunder
i.e. An Wolf Player can Repod an LA Avatar

Some configs are not repodable to, due to balancing reasons.

Have fun with it.

Production values for Clan and Periphery Factions increased to be in one line with the IS factions.
